Over-charged for bundle package AND slow internet.


I have a confirmation email FROM WINDSTREAM from when I signed up for the $54.99 bundle service that included DISH top 120 channels and 12 Mbps internet. That was 11 months ago. At least once a month I have called Windstream about these issues. When I question Windstream about my slow internet I am given various responses but the bottom line is that I am paying for an internet speed I am NOT getting. Although the representatives are very friendly and try to be helpful - I am STILL being WAY over charged for the internet speed I actually have. When I ask why I am being charged (on average) an extra $60-$70 a month for DISH services even though I signed up for the bundle package that included DISH top 120 for $10 -- Windstream tells me to call DISH. When I call DISH they tell me they don't show any record of having ever offered a deal like that and that I need to talk to Windstream. So I call Windstream..... and the cycle continues. As I said, everyone I talk to is very nice and professional but it seems my issue is above them. I entered into a contract with Windstream whereby I agreed to pay $54.99 a month in exchange for 12 Mbps internet and DISH top 120 channels. Windstream had failed, continually, to honor their part of the contract. I have requested that they simply refund me the amounts I have overpaid and they advise they cannot do that. I am at a complete loss!
